รายละเอียดงาน
1. Developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that will attract customers and achieve sales targets. (Both offline and online marketing)
2. Organize and oversee product launching campaign and marketing activities to align with business direction and marketing strategy
3. Support the sales team and provide sales tools to achieve sales targets
4. Create the creative content needed to be used for marketing and sales tools
5. Responsible for brand building and liaising with agencies
6. Research and monitor competitor activity, benchmarking and identifying target audience
7. Keep up to date with market trends and new developments, customer feedbacks and complaints utilizing information for business improvement
8. Implementing retail marketing strategies and business to business marketing strategies
9. Execution of trade and promotional activities
10. Collaborate with sales team to achieve and exceed business target by developing a strong product strategy and new launching campaign
11. Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback
12. Maintain customer acquisition and retention programs
13. Responsible for other related tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครThai, Male / Female 21-26 years old (Fresh graduates are welcome) Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field Excellent command of both written and spoken English Excellent in copy-writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset and critical thinking Strong organizational and time-management abilities Positive attitude with a strong drive to advance, good teamwork, highly responsible, always strive to improve, energetic, and able to work under pressure **If having experience working in retail marketing will be an advantage
